Event production loans · Philippines
Production capital for festivals, concerts, and arena shows.
We underwrite event organizer loans the way banks should — on ticketing history, sponsor pipeline, and production track record. Capital advanced 90 days out. Zero interest charged to you.
For organizers running 15,000+ attendee events in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
Why traditional lenders decline
Banks aren't built for event cash flow.
01
Cash flow profile.
Banks underwrite on stable monthly revenue. Event organizers spike around drops. A ₱30M event with ₱5M monthly trailing 12 looks rejectable on paper — even though the math works at the event level.
02
Asset collateral.
Banks want hard collateral. Most event organizers don't own buildings, equipment, or inventory. Your asset is reputation + ticketing history, which banks can't price.
03
Industry literacy.
Loan officers don't know what a sponsorship pipeline is worth or how to discount a sold-out track record. We do — we run events ourselves and our underwriting committee includes operators.

What it means
Category partnerships covered 6.1× the interest cost on the advance — leaving organizer principal-only repayment with no interest exposure. Sponsor activations exceeded brand expectations, which led to a renewed partnership for the following year.
Common questions
Frequently asked.
What event sizes qualify for a loan?
We work with events projecting 15,000+ attendees. For smaller events, Creator OS membership and ticketing tools cover most cash-flow problems without a financing layer.
How is this different from a bank loan?
Three differences: (1) we underwrite on ticketing history and sponsor pipeline, not assets; (2) you pay no interest — we earn from exclusive category partnerships at the event; (3) underwriting takes 2–3 weeks vs. 2–3 months at a bank.
Can I use the loan for talent deposits?
Yes. The typical use of funds is talent deposits, venue down-payment, production deposits, and marketing. We require a budget breakdown but don't restrict line items as long as they tie to the event.
What if my event underperforms attendance projections?
Principal repayment is tied to ticket revenue settlement. If attendance is lower than projected, the repayment schedule extends — but Experia carries first-loss on category revenue shortfalls. Our incentive is to make the event perform, not just collect a debt.
How quickly can capital be advanced?
Underwriting takes 2–3 weeks for organizers with established ticketing history. Once approved, capital can be advanced as early as 90 days before the event date.
Do I need to use Creator OS for ticketing?
No, but it speeds up underwriting significantly because we already have your data. If you're on Ticketmaster, SM Tickets, or another platform, we accept exports during underwriting.
