FAQ
Common questions.
Is Creator OS really white-labeled?
Yes. On the Scale plan, attendees see your domain, your logo, your colors. Experia's name doesn't appear on your checkout, tickets, or transactional emails.
Can I migrate my existing attendee data?
Enterprise plans include white-glove migration. Growth and Scale plans get data import templates.
What payment methods can I accept?
PayMongo supports Visa, Mastercard, GCash, Grab Pay, Maya, and bank transfer. International card support is available.
Are there transaction fees?
Yes — a platform service fee applies per transaction: 2% (Starter), 1.5% (Growth), 1% (Scale). PayMongo processing fees are separate.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Data export is available on all paid plans. We retain your data for 90 days post-cancellation, then delete it permanently.
