Membership management · Built for event organizers in PH
Recurring revenue from the people who already show up.
Build paid + free membership tiers for your event community. Tiers, perks, billing, member analytics — under your own brand. Members get early access, discounts, and exclusive events. You get predictable monthly revenue.
Used by event communities in Manila, Cebu, and Davao — from fitness collectives to music scenes.
The problem
Tickets are one-shot revenue. Memberships compound.
Every event organizer has a hard core of attendees who'd come every month if you ran something every month. They love what you make. They'd pay for the relationship — not just the next ticket.
Without a membership program, you ask them to make a fresh buying decision at every event. With one, they pay you once and stay. You get predictable revenue between events. They get rewarded for showing up.
Memberships turn your most loyal audience into your most reliable revenue line.
A 3-tier playbook
A pricing structure that actually converts.
01
Free tier
Open to anyone. Lets you build a member roster, deliver newsletters, and gate community channels without asking for money upfront.
- Member-only newsletter
- Community chat access
- Early ticket announcements
02
Paid recurring tier
Monthly or yearly recurring billing in PHP. Members pay once a month, you keep them onboarded automatically. Cancel any time.

- Priority seating
- Exclusive members-only events
03
High-value tier
Top-tier perks priced for superfans. Worth it because they save more than they pay across a year of attendance.
- Free monthly tickets
- Meet & greet allocation
- Branded merchandise drop
Member benefits
Six perks that actually drive renewals.
01
Early access
Members see the "Get tickets" button 7–14 days before the public. Non-members see a countdown — converting them to membership during the window.
02
Automatic discounts
Member-tier pricing applies at checkout. Shows both prices in the cart — the saving makes the membership pay for itself in one or two events.
03
Members-only events
Run exclusive showcases visible only to active members. They drive renewals and let you test new formats with your best audience.
04
Free ticket allocations
Allocate monthly or annual free tickets. Members claim from their portal — no manual coupon distribution.
05
Priority seating
Reserve the best sections during ticket selection. Members pick first before general sale opens.
06
QR perk redemption
Check-in app validates membership at the gate. Staff scan once, see tier + perks instantly. No paper lists, no awkward lookups.
How to launch
Live in 14 days, no engineering required.
01
Design your tiers in 30 minutes.
Use our 3-tier template (Free / Recurring / High-value) or build your own. Set monthly + annual pricing in PHP, define benefits per tier, and write copy that converts.
02
Connect billing.
PayMongo is wired in for cards, GCash, Maya, and bank transfers. We handle dunning, retries, and proration. You see one dashboard.
03
Migrate existing members.
CSV import or one-to-one API mapping. Existing subscriptions keep their renewal dates and billing history. No member loses a day of access.
04
Launch + iterate.
Share the join link from your event page, social, or email. The dashboard tracks signups, churn, MRR, and which perks members actually claim.
Common questions
Frequently asked.
How is a membership different from a subscription?
Functionally similar — recurring billing on a monthly or annual cadence. The difference is what members get: not just content, but priority access, discounts, exclusive events, and community status tied to your live experiences. Memberships sell when the perks save the member more than they pay.
Can I offer free + paid tiers in the same program?
Yes. The free tier is the top of your funnel — costs nothing, captures contact info, lets you market the paid tier. Most organizers run a 3-tier setup (Free / Recurring / High-value) but you can run anywhere from 1 to 5 tiers.
How do members redeem perks at the door?
Check-in staff use the Creator OS QR check-in app. When a member scans their ticket, the staff app shows their membership tier and active perks (free drink, priority seating, etc). No paper lists, no manual lookups.
What payment methods are supported in the Philippines?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, Maya, online bank transfers, OTC bank deposits — all wired through PayMongo. Recurring billing works on cards and e-wallets that support tokenization.
How should I price my tiers?
Start with the math: a member needs to save more than they pay across a year. If your typical attendee buys 3 tickets a year at ₱2,000 each, a 15% discount = ₱900 saved. A ₱59/month membership (₱708/year) is a clear win for them, and recurring revenue for you. Adjust from there.
Can I migrate existing members from Patreon, Buy Me a Coffee, or my own database?
Yes. CSV import handles bulk migration with renewal dates preserved. For Patreon specifically, we map their tier names to yours and keep billing cycles intact. The migration tool is in the dashboard.
