Investment Thesis
How we think about live events in Southeast Asia.
Live events in SEA are systematically undercapitalized. They have audience, demand, and revenue potential — but lack the technology to run efficiently and the capital to scale production. We provide both, and take equity aligned to the outcomes we help create.
Four beliefs
How we think about the model.
01
Technology before capital.
We don't write checks without deploying Creator OS first. The operational data we generate — sales velocity, member retention, event economics — is what we use to underwrite financing. Software isn't an add-on. It's the foundation.
02
Capital as a performance contract.
Experia Finance advances production capital against your events. We cover the interest by brokering exclusive F&B and merch category deals. You repay principal only. We earn from in-event revenue. If your event performs better, we both do. If it underperforms, we carry the first-loss exposure on category revenue shortfalls.
03
Category monetization is the moat.
Most event organizers negotiate category deals one at a time and leave money on the table. Because we work across a portfolio of events, we maintain master agreements with beverage, merchandise, and brand partners at rates no individual organizer could achieve. This network compounds over time.
04
A small stake, earned through work.
We take a minority equity position — 0 to 5% — proportional to what we deploy. You keep full ownership and control of your business. Our stake is a reflection of the infrastructure we build alongside you, and an incentive for us to keep showing up. We succeed when you do.
